Please ring the surgery on 01827 66676 to book an appointment. For an urgent same day appointment you would be advised to call at 8.30am. If your condition is non-urgent, you can expect to see the GP within two weeks.
You will not be able to see the doctor or the nurse without a booked appointment.
Practice First
We ask that all our patients link to the surgery first for all clinical problems rather than attend Minor Injuries Unit or Accident and Emergency.
Often these other units will re-direct patients back to the surgery when we are open.
Many quick/urgent problems can often be sorted on the phone, or with a Doctor/Nurse consultation.

Booking Appointments and Ordering Repeat Prescriptions Online
The Practice is pleased to provide patients with access to its Clinical System via a Secure Web Interface.
You can book and cancel your appointments and request repeat medication on line. To do this you need to register with the practice and obtain a password to enable you to access this service. Once your registration account is created you will need to come into the surgery with your passport or driving licence so that your account can be activated you will be able to use the system to book and cancel appointments and request repeat medication as required. Please complete an application form available from reception.

Home Visits
Our doctor typically sees four patients in the practice in the time it takes to do a single home visit. So we ask people to come to surgery unless impossible.
Doctor will visit housebound patients and others only when necessary.
Please phone before 10.00am to arrange the visit. Please let the receptionists know if the condition is urgent. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible to enable the doctor to plan their moves.
